Open but well-divided space

In a generously sized 1980s flat, we needed to bring the lifestyle to the present day.
With some minor masonry modifications, we were able to have a large, bright open space while keeping areas of use well separated.
THE STRENGTHS OF THE PROJECT:
- The use of colour to divide spaces.
- A cosy living room full of natural light.
- Large and spacious kitchen.
- A convivial and comfortable everyday dining room with a warm fireplace.

Dynamic green

A young, dynamic couple struggling with their first home.
Lots of doubts, little experience and a great desire: to have a warm and cosy nest that is in close contact with nature with an eye on sustainability. A result that is by no means obvious and banal, that can stand up to and surpass all fashions.
THE STRENGTHS OF THE PROJECT:
- Open space: facilitates small daily moments as a couple.
- Large fitted bookcase.
- The shelf in the lowering.
- Light and essential kitchen.

A small feminine apartment

An intervention that is not at all invasive, rent friendly, but carefully thought out in detail, transforms a small two-room apartment into a perfect nest.
The girl who will inhabit it will feel at ease in a home where every inch is carefully thought out.
THE STRENGTHS OF THE PROJECT:
- Brightness.
- Study/work corner.
- Non-trivial elegance.
- Focus on romantic wallpapers.

The future is calling

A well-designed flat but with 1990s furnishings that are now too difficult to bear. We intervened effectively by keeping the furniture of excellent quality, making it suitable for these times and the future to come.
Finally a living and kitchen area suited to the charisma of the home's inhabitants.
The strong points of this project
- The high quality furniture, which we managed to save, to which we gave new life.

A family-sized penthouse

A young family with a desire for space decided to grow into a bright penthouse apartment with a terrace on three sides.
The original floor plan required an intervention to improve the functionality of the rooms.
We intervened to make its inhabitants happy.

- The home office, small but cosy.
- The open but separate kitchen from the living room. Essential for a couple on the move who
wishes to keep a glimpse of the living room.
